All tickets are sold subject to the conditions and any other rules and regulations referred to herein or that may be applicable to the Festival at any time. Purchase or possession of a ticket constitutes acceptance of the conditions.
GENERAL
All adults should hold an ‘Adult’ ticket.
Youth who are between 14 and 18 should hold a ’14-18′ ticket.
Children who are between 8 and 13 should hold an ‘8-13’ ticket.
Under 8s (0-8 years) are admitted free, but must be accompanied by a paying ticket-holder over 18 at all times.
We have the right not to admit attendees to the site or require you to leave the site if you do not have a ticket, or:
• if the ticket has already been used by someone else
• bought from an unauthorised reseller, or counterfeit
• drunk or under the influence of drugs
• poses a risk to the safety of other people or the safe operation of the Festival
• behave inappropriately in a way that causes or is likely to cause distress or hurt to others
Do not buy tickets from unlawful street traders/touts. There is no guarantee of tickets’ validity for entry unless purchased from official ticket agents for the event.
While you are on site you must comply with any reasonable instruction given to you by the Festival organisers and the Security Staff.
Any aggressive or offensive behavior directed at our staff or other Festival attendees will not be tolerated.
No smoking or use of e-cigarettes is permitted on site. Gŵyl Fel 'Na Mai reserves the right to evict any person found smoking on site, without refund.
Unfortunately, no animals are permitted into the festival site with the exception of registered assistance dogs, and emotional support dogs.
Only alcohol purchased at the bar may be consumed on site.
The Festival operates a licensed bar and you need to be over 18 to buy alcohol. Please note that if we think you look 25 or under, you may be asked to provide proof of age and if you are unable to do so you will not be served alcohol.
Festival attendees may be asked to produce an identity card to prove their age. There will be a dedicated wristband for everyone over 18 to be able to buy alcohol.
Anyone under the age of 18 who is caught drinking or in possession of alcohol will have the alcohol taken from them and the possibility of being evicted from premises without any refund.
We kindly ask you to dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.
There is the possibility of loud music and noises taking place at the Festival, as well as strobes, lights and other special effects such as flashing lights, rapidly changing images and the use of fog and smoke.
Children must be supervised by their parents / guardians at all times.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18s on site.
The organisers have the right to ask Security Officers to inspect your bag if they suspect you are carrying alcohol, drugs or weapons.
Any vehicles not cleared from the site by 12.00 on the Sunday following the event may be towed away and we may charge you a reasonable amount to cover our costs before the car can be released to you.
Gŵyl Fel ‘na Mai will be taking photos and/or video footage at today’s event. These images may be used in the following ways:
• The festival’s printed publicity
• The festival’s online publicity (including social media)
• Shared with third party organisations for use to promote the festival
They will be stored securely and will not be kept for longer than they are needed for the purposes listed above.

Other approved photography or filming may take place on the site. Please talk to the crew directly if you have any concerns or if you would prefer for you or your child not to be photographed or filmed.
Gŵyl Fel ‘Na Mai reserves the right to alter or change the Festival programme, without prior notification. Refunds will not be issued should the programme be altered or if a particular artist does not appear, including headline artists.
Gŵyl Fel ‘Na Mai reserves the right to evict or refuse an attendee without refund.
The event will be held in accordance with current Welsh Government rules.

Only last year’s attendees are eligible for this offer.
The offer will be sent out via email.
The code will apply a 20% discount at checkout.
The code is unique and can only be used once.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS
There are limited ‘Early Bird Tickets’ available.
This offer will end at 23:59, December 31st 2022, or once all ‘Early Bird’ tickets are sold out, whichever comes first.
There is a £2 discount on Early Bird Tickets.

Adult – £23 + booking fees
14-18 – £18 + booking fees
General Prices:
Adult – £25 + booking fees
14-18 – £20 + booking fees
Booking fee is £0.39 + 2.8% for each paid ticket.

BUS - FREE TICKET
Anyone who arranges a bus to the festival could qualify for a free ticket.
The bus must have at least 15 paying ticket holders (adults £5 or 14-18 £20)
You must contact us prior to arranging the bus to validate ticket availability.
ou must provide us with your name- the ticket will be held at the gate / box office under your name, or emailed prior to the event. ID may be required.
